Returns Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:


  • Condition: The item must be in fully resalable condition.

  • Timeframe: It must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Packaging: The original packaging must be undamaged, with all tags intact.

Please Note: If the returned product is not in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange.

Returns Due to Errors, Damage, or Defects

If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, or because it is damaged or defective, we will:


  • Refund the original delivery charges incurred when the item was sent to you.

  • Cover the cost of returning the item back to us.
